Men’s Health

Part of our #unstoppable campaign

  • Getting Men Outdoors
  • Getting Men Active
  • Getting Men Talking

At Applebees Health, we’re proud to introduce our Men’s health  and well being sessions. This unique program, developed in partnership with Channel Adventure, is designed to address the often-overlooked area of men’s health and well being through a dynamic blend of physical activity, adventurous sports and resilience with coaching and tools to support physical and mental well being.

Every Wednesday from 19:15-20:30, join us for invigorating sessions that focus on building your overall strength, fitness and mindset in a community of like-minded individuals.

Our program includes:

  • Boxing: Channel your energy positively and build resilience whilst learning a new skill.
  • Strength Work: Enhance your physical and mental fortitude.
  • Life Coaching: Gain valuable insights and tools for overall wellness.

These sessions aren’t just about physical health; they’re about building mental strength, confidence, and a positive mindset.

Adventure and Relaxation on Thursdays

Thursdays from 6.00 to 7:30 PM, we take the experience outdoors. Prepare for:

  • Water Sports: Embrace the challenge and tranquility of water activities.
  • Axe Throwing: A unique way to release stress and sharpen focus.
  • Camp Fire Gatherings: Unwind and connect around a campfire, sharing experiences and camaraderie.

More Than Just a Course – A Community

This program is more than just a course – it’s a pathway to a stronger, more resilient you. It’s also a chance to be part of a community of men who support and uplift each other.

“Ben helped me improve my strength and better understand the importance of a well balanced diet. He has got me doing weekly group sessions, and having never done a class in my life, due to total lack of confidence, I felt this was a real achievement and was amazing fun”
