Applebees Health’s Postnatal Fitness Course, is a specially designed 8-week program for new mums.

Our course is more than just a fitness regime; that is why Midwives and healthcare professionals refer our course to their mums. We understand that your body has undergone significant changes so our program, led by experienced trainers, focuses on safe, effective exercises tailored for postnatal rehabilitation. 

We prioritise:

  1. Core Strengthening: Rebuild core strength gently and effectively.
  2. Pelvic Floor Recovery: Essential exercises for pelvic health.
  3. Overall Fitness: Gradually improve your fitness in a nurturing, supportive environment.

Our Postnatal Fitness Course runs twice a week offering you the flexibility to choose what fits best. We understand that babies don’t always follow a timetable, so feel free to switch between sessions as needed. Your convenience and comfort are our top priorities.
